A Descending Rank Approach of Matrix and Its Application

通过引入说明率的概念,利用矩阵的奇异值分解给出了求矩阵降秩逼近阵的途径.依此,对给定矩阵可获得定量描述下的定秩近似矩阵,并给出了应用实例.

A decending rank approach of a given matrix is presented by introducing the description rates based on the SVD (singular value decomposition) in this paper,hence,a approximate matrix for a fixed rank under a certain numerical description is abtained,then,a practical example is shown.
