摘要
主要研究TPA1010含量和增容剂对HDPE/PA1010共混合金材料阻隔性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当PA1010含量达到15%以上时,共混合金的阻隔性能有显著提高。增容剂含量存在最佳值.增容剂含量过大或过小时,都不利于共混合金阻隔性能的提高。为了改善共混合金的抗冲击性能,在一定范围内适当增加增容剂含量是一种有效的方法。增容剂的种类对共混合金的力学性能也有较大影响。
The effect of the content of PA1010 and compatibilizers on the barrier properties of HDPE/PA blends have been investigated. The results show that when the content of PA1010 component is over 15%, very good barrier properties of HDPE/PA1010 alloys can be obtained, and the content of compatibilizers attains its best level. It is not effective to decrease the permeation of organic solvent when the amount of the compatibilizers is more or less. Increasing the content of compatibi1izels to a certain extent is effective for improving the impact resistance of the alloys.
