摘要
本文介绍采用单片机8031控制语音芯片ISD1016A实现语音报警的基本设计思想及硬件结构，并说明八路语音报警器语音电路的设计。
The design principle of alarm phonetics circuit controlled by singles chip micro - processor 8031 and the compose of hardware are introduced. The circuit design of a phonetic alarm is also detailed.
