摘要
在AP1000核电涂料国产化进程中,存在国产涂料性能及性能试验标准不符合AP1000核电要求的现象,阻碍了AP1000核电涂料国产化的进程。为促进AP1000核电涂料国产化,提高国产涂料在核电市场的竞争力,通过分析AP1000核电涂层性能及性能试验方法和国内涂料涂层性能及性能试验方法差异,指出国产涂料在涂层性能研发方面的不足,以及涂层防护技术改进的方向,提出AP1000涂料国产化在涂层防护技术研发和制造方面是完全可行的。
In the process of the localization of AP1000 nuclear power coatings,there is a phenomenon that the property of localized coatings and the test standard do not meet the requirement of AP1000 nuclear power,hindering the pace of the localization of AP1000 nuclear power coatings.In order to accelerate the localization of AP1000 nuclear power coatings and improve the competitiveness of domestic coatings in nuclear power market,this paper analyzes the properties and experiment methods of AP1000 nuclear power and domestic coatings to give the disadvantages of domestic coatings and the improvement trend of coatings protection technology.It is pointed out that the localization of AP1000 nuclear power coatings is completely feasible in the aspects of protection technology development and manufacture.
