摘要 采用生化诱导分析(BlA)法对海洋微生物发酵液中潜在的抗肿瘤活性物质进行初步筛选,从供筛选的655株海洋微生物中筛选到16株能产生潜在抗肿瘤化合物的菌株,阳性率约为2.4%.用MTT法检测具有强诱导活性的N350菌株发酵液,发现其对P388和KB肿瘤细胞生长具有很强的抑制作用.这表明海洋微生物能产生以DNA为靶点的抗肿瘤活性物质,从中可望筛选出有临床应用前景的抗肿瘤药物. A biochemical induction assay (BIA) is used to screen potential antitumor agents produced by marine microorganisms. For a series of 655 cultures examined, the BIA gives 2. 4% as producing active materials. The fermentation broth of the strain N350 with strong inducing activity is evaluated for its cytotoxicity by MTT assay and the results show a strong cytotoxicity on tumor cells P388 and KB. The present work indicates that marine microorganisms could be a source of antitumor bioactive substances with therapeutic utility.
