压路机产品多元化需求背后的缺失

随着我国高速公路及高速铁路的快速发展,以压路机为代表的压实机械呈现出了快速增长的态势。据中国工程机械工业协会路面与压实机械分会统计,我国2010年累计销售压路机25581台,同比增长56.62%。从近10年来看,压路机销量不断攀升的同时,压路机整机技术性能也得到了长足进步,产品系列化、多元化发展趋势明显,在吨位、振动频率、振动方式等方面表现十分突出。然而,这些产品是否完全能适应目前的施工工艺?大吨位和高频振动压路机是压实工艺需要还是制造厂家的一种炒作噱头?

The road roller has seeing a rapid growth trend with the rapid development of Chinese expressway and high-speed rail. According to statistics of the road and compaction machinery branch of CCMA, the road roller saled total up to 25,581 units in 2010,up 56.62%.View from the past 10 years,the technical performance of the road roller also had a considerable progress.The development of the product show seriation and diversification trend,especially in tonnage,vibration frequency,vibration mode and other aspects.However,does these products can meet the needs of the current construction technique? Does the large tonnage and high-frequency vibratory roller is the real market demand?
