摘要
以弹塑性理论为基础,应用有限元软件ANSYS对几十种不同规格的铸钢空心球节点在弯矩作用下的承载力进行了非线性有限元分析,得出了节点在弯矩作用下的破坏机理及极限承载力;并采用以最小二乘法为原理的线性回归模式回归了铸钢空心球节点在弯矩作用下的承载力计算公式。
Based on the elastic-plastic analysis theory,nonlinear FEM analysis of cast steel hollow spherical joints with tube with different specifications under moment are performed through large general-purpose FEM program ANSYS8.0.Based on the results of these analyses,the failure mechanism and ultimate load of this kind of joint are presented.According to these results the bearing capacity formula of this kind of joint is deduced by the linear regression method depending on least squares theory.
