摘要
利用电厂现有的循环流化床锅炉,把生化工业污泥烘干后与煤混合烧燃,经过炉膛内850℃~950℃的高温,实现对污泥处置的减量化、无害化、稳定化和资源化,同时可以利用锅炉的烟气余热烘干污泥,既节能降耗,又减少投资,是污泥处置的发展方向。论文对该工程的设计要点进行总结,对此类工程的设计具有指导意义。
Kiln dried biochemical sludge is supposed to burn with coal in circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plants,in 850℃~950℃ high temperature in the furnace,to achieve the reduction harmless sludge disposal,stabilization and comprehensive utilization,at the same time the waste heat of the furnace flue gas can be used to dry biochemical sludge,it can save energy,lower energy consumption and reduce project investment,which is development direction of sludge disposal.Based on the engineering design points are summarized in the article,it's going to be instructive to the such engineering designs.
