实木夹层低密度纤维板的热扩散性和热阻研究

摘要 实木夹层低密度纤维板(PSW)具有较好的保温性,热扩散性是保温性的主要衡量指标。文章介绍了测试密度为340kg/m(3PSW340)与410kg/m(3PSW410)复合板的热扩散率与热阻,并与实木板和泡沫塑料做对比的实验,PSW板表现明显优于实木木板和泡沫塑料隔热材料。且随着PSW板厚度的增加,热阻也随之增加。所以PSW板保温材料有较高的实用意义。 Fiber plates sandwiched by wood(PSW),which has good thermal insulation,can be used as wall and floor insulation.Thermal diffusion is the main indicator of insulation.In this experiment,we measured the thermal diffusivity of the different density PSW;the results were 0.00050 and 0.00046 respectively,wich were much lower than that of the solid wood and foam.With the increase of sandwiched wood's thinkness,the thermal resistance of the PSW also increased.The PSW have well prospect in the field of building insulation materials.
