摘要
在韦伯的教学伦理观中,学术与大学教学是紧密相联的,"学术自由"是大学教学的核心价值,"头脑清明"是大学教学的目标定位,"去政治性"是大学教学中不可忽略的内容讲授,"价值中立"是大学教学的行为规范,"责任自觉"是大学教学管理思想的重点。这种教学伦理观的精神实质在于:大学应成为学术的理性家园,大学教学伦理的核心德性是教授"理智的诚实",大学教学的主要职责是培养学生自我负责的精神。
According to Weber, scholarship and college teaching are two closely integrated concepts： academic freedom is the key base of college teaching; the aim of college teaching is to help students generating the clarity of mind; the content of college teaching should be far away from political standpoint; the behavior of college teaching should conform the standard of value-free; the administration of college teaching should be embodied with the consciousness of duty. So, Weber analyzed the ideological nature of the above viewpoints on teaching ethics： the college should be the homeland of academic rationality; the morality of teaching ethics is aimed to teaching ＂intellectual honesty＂; the responsibility of college teaching is to cultivate the students＂ spirit of self-responsibility.
