摘要
在韦伯的教学伦理观中,学术与大学教学是紧密相联的,"学术自由"是大学教学的核心价值,"头脑清明"是大学教学的目标定位,"去政治性"是大学教学中不可忽略的内容讲授,"价值中立"是大学教学的行为规范,"责任自觉"是大学教学管理思想的重点。这种教学伦理观的精神实质在于:大学应成为学术的理性家园,大学教学伦理的核心德性是教授"理智的诚实",大学教学的主要职责是培养学生自我负责的精神。
According to Weber, scholarship and college teaching are two closely integrated concepts: academic freedom is the key base of college teaching; the aim of college teaching is to help students generating the clarity of mind; the content of college teaching should be far away from political standpoint; the behavior of college teaching should conform the standard of value-free; the administration of college teaching should be embodied with the consciousness of duty. So, Weber analyzed the ideological nature of the above viewpoints on teaching ethics: the college should be the homeland of academic rationality; the morality of teaching ethics is aimed to teaching "intellectual honesty"; the responsibility of college teaching is to cultivate the students" spirit of self-responsibility.
