我国县域义务教育均衡发展监测指标体系的构建——基于教育学理论的视角 被引量:31

Design of the Monitoring Indicator System about the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in a County Area in China:Based on the Perspective of Pedagogical Theory

摘要 构建县域义务教育均衡发展监测指标体系,对于科学理性地推进义务教育均衡发展有重要的实践价值。本文在分析已有研究的基础上,依据教育学理论,选择教师、学生和教育保障系统三个方面15个关键因素,结合县域内城乡之间、乡镇之间、校际之间和中小学层级之间4个维度,构建了由60个观测点组成的县域义务教育均衡发展监测指标矩阵,并初步确定了测度的具体思路。 Constructing monitoring indicator system of the balanced development of compulsory education in a county area has an important practical value for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education scientifically and rationally. Based on the analysis of early researches and the pedagogical theory, this article selects fifteen crucial elements which include teachers, students and education support system, considering the relationship among urban Vs rural area, township Vs township, inter^school, the hierarchy between middle schools and primary schools, and establishes an monitoring indicator matrix of the balanced development Of compulsory education in a county area, and initially sets the specific ideas of measures.
