针织疵点的形貌分析、界定及检验控制

利用扫描电子显微镜对针织织物、针织纱中的疵点、原料纤维生产检验中机检疵点、物检毛丝的形貌进行分析,探讨几种疵点形貌的差异、成因的不同及防治措施,指出针织面料上的疵点是机检法难以检验出的小疵点,造成的危害较大。提出针织疵点专用检验方法——染色手捡法。
