基于PXR9微控器的PX输送管线电伴热系统改造

摘要 介绍了使用PXR9微型控制器替代POWERMATCH温控器的PX输送管线电伴热系统改造,经实践证明,改造后电伴热系统在解决原系统存在的控制模式单一、参数设置与调试不便等问题的同时,提升了PX输送管线电伴热效果,节约了电伴热系统的运行与维护成本。 This paper introduces the electric heating system renovating of PX transporting pipeline, by using PXR9 microcontroller to take place of POWERMATCH temperature controller. It turns out that the renovated electric heat tracing system has solved many problems of the former system, such as the single-mode control , the inconvenience of parameter settings and debugging and so on. It also promotes the electric heat tracing effects of PX transporting pipeline, and saves costs of operating and maintaining the electric heat tracing system.
