摘要
以黄石硫酸厂优化选址为例,说明建设项目优化选址的目的、准则与方法。通过现场勘查与环境监测,应用数学矩阵方法评分比较,从社会效益、经济效益和环境效益三方面综合分析。
Optimization of the site selection of Huangshi sulfuric acid factory was given here as an example to demonstrate the objectives,standards and methods of optimization of construction project site selection.Based on the reconnaisance and environmental monitoring,and analysis and comparison of given marks of social,economic and environmental benefit with matrix method,we choose the best site of Huangshi sulfuric acid works reasonably.
