新生儿体位对听力筛查的影响

Affect of different position on the neonate hearing screening

目的:探讨新生儿体位对听力筛查的影响,研究新生儿筛查的最佳方法。方法:对2008年1月～2010年9月在秦皇岛市第一医院出生的1 204例新生儿,排除早产、窒息、高胆红素血症等可能导致听力障碍的高危因素的新生儿。出生后随机分为两组:双侧卧位组和单侧卧位与平卧位组,于出生3～5天进行听力筛查测试并分析。未通过的婴儿出院前再进行复筛。结果:共筛查1 204例新生儿,出生后双侧卧位696例,单耳未通过26例,双耳未通过4例,通过率95.7%。出生后单侧卧位608例,单耳未通过62例,双侧未通过16例,通过率87.2%。两种测试状态听力筛查通过率比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:出生后不同的体位对新生儿的听力筛查结果有影响。因此应帮助和指导新生儿家长在胎儿出生后取双侧卧位。

Objective：To investigate the affect of different position on the neonate hearing screening and the best method of neonate hearing screening.Methods：1 204 neonates who were born in our hospital from 1,2008 to 9,2010 were divided two groups depend on taking different position after born,except the high risk factor,such as the asphyxia,premature and hyperbilirubinemia etc..Then the neonate hearing screening was taken and analyzed for them..Results：696 cases were bilateral decubitus after born,among them,single ear of 26 cases and bilateral ears of 4 cases did not pass.608 cases were bilateral decubitus after born,single ear of 62 cases and bilateral ears of 16 cases did not pass..Conclusion：Different position after born can affect neonate hearing screening..The bilateral decubitus after born is better.
