奥硝唑联合延华治疗细菌性阴道病的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨奥硝唑联合延华(乳酸菌阴道胶囊)治疗细菌性阴道病的治疗效果。方法:将确诊为细菌性阴道病的患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组每天用奥硝唑栓0.5 g放置阴道后穹窿处连用7天,随后用延华0.5 g阴道放置连用10天为1疗程;对照组单用奥硝唑栓0.5 g放置阴道后穹窿处,连用7天为一疗程,两组各用2个疗程。复诊时间为停药后7天、30天及2个月。结果:观察组有效率92%(46/50),对照组有效率为86%(43/50),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率8%(4/50)明显较对照组18%(9/50)低(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑联合延华治疗细菌性阴道病有利于恢复阴道微生态平衡,降低复发率,比单用奥硝唑要好。
