Effect of Hot-Rolling Process on Sticking Behavior of 430 Ferrite Stainless Steel

摘要 430铁素体不锈钢在热轧期间易出现黏结现象。针对黏结现象对带钢表面质量的不良影响,分析了热轧期间出现黏结行为的机制,讨论了影响黏结行为的热轧工艺条件,并提出了针对性的措施。通过采用适宜的工艺条件,如选用具有较高表面光洁度的高速钢轧辊,减少轧制过程中的除鳞与冷却,减小粗轧送料厚度,并采用适当的工艺润滑条件,可有效抑制黏结现象的发生。 Sticking phenomenon often occurs during hot-rolling process of 430 ferrite stainless steel.Aim to the bad influence of sticking on surface quality of strip,sticking mechanism of 430 ferrite stainless steel during hot-rolling was analyzed,effect of hot-rolling process parameter on sticking behavior was discussed,and some measures were put forward.By appropriate process conditions,such as using high speed steel(HSS) roller,reduction of descaling and cooling during hot-rolling,decreasing the thickness of medium slab,and adopting appropriate lubrication,the sticking phenomenon of 430 ferrite stainless steel was restrained effectively.
