智能止鼾健康枕通过DSP控制气囊的充放气,调整人的睡姿进而起到止鼾的效果。为了保证产品的性能和功能,根据企业标准要求开发以TMS320F2812为核心控制系统的测试系统。该测试系统可以完成对产品的电源、气囊充放气动作、流量、鼾声识别以及环境噪声的测试工作。经过大量产品测试验证,该系统工作良好。
The intelligent health preventing snoring pillow developed by the company of Ai Er Xin of Nantong Jiangsu, is worked by DSP through controling the inflation or deflation of Gasbag. It is so as to adjust the person's sleeping position and then play the effects of snoring. In order to ensure product performance and function, it is needed to develop the test system with the core of TI's TMS320F2812 control system according to business standards. The test system can complete the product supply, air bags, identification and snoring noise testing environment. After extensive product testing and validation, the system can work well.
