我国应急标准体系建设初探

Probe on the Construction of Emergency Standards System in China

我国突发事件应急管理工作日益受到政府和社会的广泛重视,但是应急标准非常薄弱,造成应急管理工作上的困难。建立公共安全应急标准体系是应急管理工作和保护人民生命财产的迫切需要。在总结国际和国外发达国家应急标准工作的基础上,文章提出了我国公共安全应急标准体系框架初步构想。

Emergency management work for public security attracted more and more attention of Chinese governments and public. For the poor infrastructure of emergency technical standards,it is very difficult to carry out emergency management and operation. To protect the people＇s safety and property effectively, it is urgent to establish emergency standards systems. On the bases of emergency standards of international standards organizations and foreign countries,this paper discussed the framework of the emergency standards system in China.
