Character of risk and the important significance of risk management are analyzed for the Conventional Ordnance Test. Based on GJB 5852-2006 ＂Risk analysis requirements for materiel development＂, GJB 9001B-2009 ＂Quality management systems requirements＂ and the theory relative to risk management, it be discussed method and procedures of Conventional Ordnance Test risk management combined with work experience. It can provide the experiences and references for organizing the Conventional Ordnance Test, to achieve aims of improving the risk management level.
