摘要针对中国乳制品产品质量安全的需求,文章研究分析了乳制品从原料到成品的流程,建立了乳制品生产全程追溯模型。设计基于该追溯模型的软件系统架构,以数据库、网络和编码技术作为系统关键技术,实现了乳制品质量安全追溯系统。该系统能够将乳制品生产的信息流和实物流统一地联系起来,是确保乳制品行业质量控制的有效手段。 Aiming at the existing requirements of dairy production quality safe in China, dairy products＇ procedure from raw material to end production was studied and analyzed, and a whole process traceability model for the dairy products was developed in this paper. Based on the tracing model, a software system framework was designed, using database, network and coding technique as key technology to develop a traceability system for quality safety of dairy. This system connected the information flow and substance flow in dairy producing and became an effective measure to ensure the quality control in dairy industry.
