摘要 根据炉渣结构共存理论和相关相图,建立了MnO-FeO-SiO2-Al2O3渣系作用浓度的计算模型,考察了炉渣温度、FeO含量对锰在渣-钢间分配比(LMn)的影响。研究结果表明,模型计算的作用浓度值NMnO、钢液中锰含量和LMn与文献中的实测值相吻合;LMn随着温度的升高而降低,随着渣系中FeO含量的增加而增加。因此,本模型能够对锰在渣-钢间的分配平衡进行定量分析,为精确控制钢液中锰含量提供了理论依据。 According to the coexistence theory of slag structure and corresponding phase diagrams,a calculating model of mass action concentration for the quaternary slag system of MnO-FeO-SiO2-Al2O3 was established.Influence of temperature,the content of FeO on the manganese distribution ratio between slag and metal in steelmaking was analyzed.Results show that the calculated values of NMnO,w and LMn are in good agreement with the reported measured values.The manganese distribution ratio decreases as temperature increases but increases as the content of FeO increases.The manganese distribution ratio between slag and metal can be quantitatively analyzed by this thermodynamic model.So this model can provide a theoretical basis for precisely controlling the manganese content in molten steel.
