摘要
微量镁在轴承钢中偏聚是改善碳化物的关键,通过理论分析发现轴承钢退火时能够使镁产生较大的偏聚,偏聚系数可观;检测证明适当提高钢中镁含量可改变碳化物相形态及成分;镁是在碳化物相中产生较大的弹性畸变后来达到球化碳化物的效果的。
The segregation of trace Mg in bearing steel is the key to improve the carbide. Considerable segregation of Mg in bearing steel when annealing was found out by the theoretic analysis. Additionally, it can be found the suitable addition of Mg content can affect the morphology and composition of carbide. It is the elastic distortion caused by Mg in carbide to spheroidize the carbide.
