炎症性肠病的肺部损害及机制探讨 被引量：9

摘要 炎症性肠病（IBD）包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD）。在我国IBD的发病率呈逐年升高趋势,其病因复杂,发病环节多,治愈难度大,病程漫长,常反复发作,并与结肠癌发病关系密切,被世界卫生组织列为现代难治病之一。
