摘要
聚合物涂层逐步被应用于混凝土养护及表面强化领域。研究了聚合物涂层对表层水泥基材料收缩性能、力学性能、碳化深度、毛细管吸附和氯离子扩散的影响。结果表明,聚合物涂层可有效减少表层砂浆的收缩,涂层越厚减缩效果越好;相比标准养护,聚合物涂层可提高表层砂浆的早期强度;提升表层混凝土的抗碳化及抗氯离子扩散性能;改善表层砂浆的毛细管吸附性能。
Polymer coating is being used in field of concrete curing and surface strengthening progressively. The effects of polymer coating on shrinkage,mechanical properties,carbonation depth,capillary absorption and chloride ion diffusion of surface cement-based materials were investigated. The results show that polymer coating can obviously reduce shrinkage of surface mortar. Coating with thicker polymer gets larger shrinkage reducing ratio. Comparing with standard curing,polymer coating enhances early strength of surface mortar, reinforces both carbonation resistance and chloride ion diffusion resistance of surface concrete,and improves capillary absorption performance of surface mortar.
