摘要 以大分子单体丙烯酸单聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(MPEGAA)、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为原料通过共聚反应制得MPEGAA-AA-SMAS三元共聚聚羧酸高效减水剂。考察了单体摩尔比、引发剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等合成条件对减水剂分散性和保塑性的影响规律。结果表明,当n(MPEGAA)∶n(AA)∶n(SMAS)=1.0∶4.2∶1.0,引发剂质量为单体总质量的5%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为8 h时,合成的聚羧酸减水剂有良好的分散性和分散保持性,性能与国外同类产品接近。 Polycarboxylate terpolymer superplasticizer of MPEGAA-AA-SMAS was synthesized by copolymerization with macromolecule monomer acrylic acid mono polyethylene glycol mono methyl ether acetate (MPEGAA),acrylic acid (AA) and sodium methyl acrylsulfute(SMAS) as main raw materials. The influence of molar ratio of monomer, dosage of initiator, reaction temperature and reaction time on the copolymerization were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction condition is as follows: the molar ratio of MPEGAA to AA to SMAS is 1.0:4.2:1.0,the dosage of potassium persulfate is 5.0% of total monomers by mass, reaction temperature is 80℃, and reaction time is 8 h.The polycarboxylate terpolymer superplasticizer prepared under this condition would have good plasticizing and fluidity,which is close to the performance of overseas similar product.
