机场道面新型聚硫氨酯接缝材料应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过弹性恢复率、拉伸模量、浸水和浸油后定伸粘结性、冷拉-热压后粘结性、质量损失率等试验研究了硅酮、聚硫、聚氨酯及新型聚硫氨酯接缝材料的性能,并进行了调查回访与应用效果分析。结果表明,新型聚硫氨酯的综合性能优于硅酮、聚硫和聚氨酯密封胶,应用效果和经济效益显著,完全满足机场道面对接缝材料的技术性能要求。 The properties of silicon,polysulfur,polyurethane and new polythiourethane jointing materials were studied through experimental study of the elastic recovery rate,tensile modulus,set stretch bonding after immersed water and oil,cold drawn-hot pressing bonding and mass loss together, and survey visit and application effect analysis were conducted. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the new polythiourethane jointing material is better than silieone,polysulfur and polyurethane sealant,and the application effect and the economic benefit is remarkable,completely meeting the technical requirements of airfield pavement on jointing material.
