摘要
目的探讨手法复位治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(HC-BPPV)的疗效。方法应用Barbecue翻滚法、Gufon i疗法、Casan i解脱法对28例HC-BPPV患者进行治疗。结果 28例患者经上述手法复位治疗,1周后总痊愈率为60.7%,3个月后总痊愈率为78.6%,且无明显不良反应。结论手法复位治疗HC-BPPV有效、简便、安全,可作为HC-BPPV的首选治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the positional maneuver to horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（HC-BPPV）.Methods Barbecue maneuver,Gufoni maneuver and Casani maneuver were applied to 28 cases of HC-BPPV.Results The total recovery rate was 60.7% after one week and 78.6% 3 months later respectively,and no obvious adverse reaction was found. Conclusion The positional maneuver is effective,simple and safe for patients with HC-BPPV and may be recommended as the first-selected treatment modality.
