产科弥散性血管内凝血21例救治分析

Clinical analysis of 21 cases of disseminated intravascular coagulation in obstetrics

目的探讨产科弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的救治措施,降低病死率。方法对阳江市人民医院8年间收治的21例产科DIC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果对21患者实施产科基础抢救的同时,使用肝素、连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)、机械通气等治疗,19例效果良好,2例死亡。结论及早诊断,祛除病因,重要脏器功能的保护在产科DIC急救中有重要意义;肝素、CRRT、机械通气的早期应用效果肯定。

Objective To investigate the treatment measures of disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC） in obstetrics,and to decrease the mortality.Methods Twenty-one patients with DIC that cured during the last 8 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-one cases were treated with rescue measures of obstetrics,as soon as heparin,continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT）,mechanical ventilation were used,19 cases survived and 2 cases were dead.Conclusion Early diagnose,remove the etiology and protect the organ function are important in treatment of DIC.The early application of heparin,CRRT,mechanical ventilation are effective.
