自制角状钢板行麦氏截骨治疗中老年股骨颈骨折

Mcintosh osteotomies by homemade angle shape plates in the treatment of senile femoral neck fractures

目的探讨自制角状钢板行麦氏截骨治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 2004年10月至2010年10月,采用自制角状钢板行麦氏截骨治疗中老年股骨颈骨折31例。结果术后随访16-66个月,平均28个月。按Harris疗效评定标准评定,优5例（16%）,良21例（68%）,差5例（16%）,总优良率为84%。发生骨不愈合3例,缺血性股骨头坏死2例,股骨头晚期塌陷1例。结论自制角状钢板行麦氏截骨适宜对关节功能及肢体外形要求不高,并渴望继续从事体力劳动的中老年股骨颈骨折患者。

Objective To investigate the Mcintosh osteotomies by homemade angle shape plates in the treatment of senile femoral neck fractures. Methods Thirty-one patients with femoral neck fractures in the elderly used the treatment of Mcintosh osteotomies by homemade angle shape plates. Results The patients were followed up 16 to 66 months,an average of 28 months.Harris assessed by evaluation standard,excellent in 5 cases（16%）,good in 21 cases（68%）,poor in 5 cases（16%）,the total fine was 84%.Conclusion The Mcintosh osteotomies by homemade angle shape plates is suitable for the femoral neck fractures in elderly patients that eager to continue to engage in physical labor and less demanding about hip function and body shape.
