卡孕栓宫腔给药防治剖宫产术后出血疗效评价

Therapeutic evaluation of preventing postpartum bleeding of cesarean section with putting carprost methyl suppository into uterus cavity

目的观察卡孕栓宫腔给药防治剖宫产术后出血的效果及安全性。方法将100例剖宫产产妇随机分成两组,治疗组(50例)于剖宫产中缝合子宫切口前放置1 mg卡孕栓于宫腔底部;对照组(50例)不放置卡孕栓。两组均于胎儿娩出后宫体注射缩宫素10 U。结果治疗组术中及术后2 h内出血量分别为(218±50)m、l(366±54)m l,对照组术中及术后2 h内出血量分别为(249±53)m、l(415±60)m l,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组用药前后血压变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无一例不良反应发生。结论卡孕栓预防剖宫产术后出血效果好,安全,不良反应少,用药方法简单,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of preventing postpartum bleeding of cesarean section with putting carprost methyl suppository into uterus cavity.Methods One hundred parturient woman underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups（treatment group,n=50;control group,n=50）.Carprost methyl suppository was putted into uterus cavity before sewing up professional jargon of uterus in cesarean section.It being not in controls.10 U pitocin was injected in muscle of uterus commonly after fetal disengagement in the two groups.Results The mean amount of bleeding among operations was（218±50） ml and（249±53）ml in the two groups,respectively.In the two groups,the mean amount of bleeding in two hours after operations was（366±54）ml and（415±60）ml,respectively.The difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups were significant（P〈0.01）.The change of blood pressure between using carprost methyl before and after in treatment group were not significant（P〉0.05）.No one in treatment group had side effects after using the drug. Conclusion Carprost methyl suppository is very effective in decreasing postpartum bleeding when the patients underwent cesarean section.The method is convenient and safe.
