自拟定眩十二味治疗慢性脑供血不足60例

Ding Xuan Shi Er Wei in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Chronic Cerebrovascular Insufficiency

目的观察自拟定眩十二味治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效。方法治疗组60例采用自拟定眩十二味(熟地、山萸肉、山药、枸杞子、葛根、川芎、怀牛膝、当归、黄芪、天麻、白术、半夏)治疗;对照组60例与治疗组60例均常规口服盐酸氟桂利嗪、银杏叶片或静滴银杏达莫注射液等对症治疗;两组疗程均为4 W。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为98.33%和88.33%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论该方治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the effect of Ding Xuan Shi Er Wei （a prescription consists of 12 ingredients formulated by the writer. ） in the treatment of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. Methods： 60 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with Ding Xuan Shi Er Wei （ Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus Cornti, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Lycium Barbarum L. , Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Angelica Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Rhizom Gastrodiae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Rhizoma Pinelliae）. Both the 60 cases in the control group and that in the therapeutic group were given symptomatic treatment with flunarizine hydrochloride, ginkgo tablet, or intravenous ginkgo dipyidamolum injection. The treatment courses of the two groups were 4 weeks. Results： The result of he therapeutic group was better than that of the control group with effective rates of 98.33% and 88.33 % respectively, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The prescription has satisfactory effect for the treatment of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency.
