摘要
目的探讨鬼针草对S180荷瘤小鼠的治疗机制。方法将50只清洁级昆明小鼠制成S180实体瘤模型,分为模型组、CTX组、鬼针草高剂量组、鬼针草中剂量组、鬼针草低剂量组,给药14 d,第15 d后摘眼球取血,处死小鼠,用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-2、TNF-a的含量。结果鬼针草煎液有一定的抑瘤作用,能增加S180荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的含量。结论鬼针草抗肿瘤的机制是可能增加了S180荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的含量,与改善荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。
Objective: To probe into the therapeutic mechanism of Bidens Bipinnata L. in the treatment of S180 tumor- bearing mice. Methods: S180 tumor models were made with 50 Kunming mice of clean grade, and were divided into 5 groups : the model group, CTX group, high dose, medium dose and low dose of Bidens Bipinnata L. groups. After 14 days' medication, the miceg eyeballs were taken to draw blood on the 15th day. The mice were killed and the contents of IL- 2 and TNF -α were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results: Bidens Bipinnata' L. decoction had certain tumor - inhibitory effect by increasing the contents of IL - 2 and TNF - α in the serum of S180 tumor - bearing mice. Conclusion : The tumor - inhibitory mechanism of Bidens Bipinnata L. could be related to its effect of increasing the contents of IL - 2 and TNF - α in the serum of S180 tumor- bearing mice and improving the immune function of the mice.
