摘要
利用响应面法对荔枝汁多糖含量测定的前处理条件进行优化。以乙醇浓度、料液比及提取温度为响应因子,多糖提取量为响应值,做3因素3水平响应面分析。得出乙醇浓度90%,料液比1∶3,提取时间为33.6 h条件下,荔枝汁中多糖含量为148.0 8 mg/mL。该优化工艺的总含糖量较高,可用于荔枝汁粗多糖的提取。
Response surface analysis(RSA) was applied to optimize the pretreatment condition in determining total polysaccharide in litchi juice.alcohol concentration,ratio of water to material and times were chosen as the factors and the extraction amount as the response value in RSA.The method of response surface method with three factors and three levels was adopted.Conclusion: The best extracting conditions are 90% alcohol contents,the ratio of water to material is 1:3,extracting time is 33.6 h.The maximal extraction amount of the total polysaccharide was 148.08 mg/mL.The optimization of condition of total polysaccharide content is higher,can be used in litchi juice polysaccharide extracting.
