摘要
解决遣纸法烟草薄片木质气重,刺激性大,口感差等问题,在薄片生产工艺烟梗浸提过程中添加酶制剂,以转化分解烟梗中大分子物质,提高造纸法薄片的内在品质。采用正交试验和极差分析方法考察酶萃取工艺的各项影响因素,确定了各酶制剂萃取工艺的最佳条件。结果表明:最佳工艺条件下制得的雪茄烟草薄片刺激性及杂气等不良影响明显减轻,口感转好,香气变浓,内在质量明显提高。
Aiming at the no good smoking taste and thick irritation of domestic cigar tobacco sheets,enzymes were added to change the large molecular compounds in tobacco leaf stalks during extraction,enhance the quality of paper-making tobacco sheets.The effect of diferent enzymes dosage,extracting temperature and others factors on the enzymes extracting result was discussed.The optimum processing conditions were established through orthogonal design.The results showed that the quality of cigar tobacco sheets was enhanced obviously,the irritation was reduced and smoking taste was improved significantly.
