摘要
对某油田φ339.7 mm×12.19 mm N80 BC偏梯形螺纹套管在检验过程中发现的接头紧密距不合格和外螺纹损伤问题进行了调查研究,并抽样进行了材质试验、上卸扣试验、水压试验和拉伸试验。结果表明,该批套管外螺纹接头紧密距不合格,但材质合格。对发生粘扣的套管螺纹接头进行修复,在控制的上扣位置上扣连接之后,套管内屈服强度和拉伸强度均达到了API BUL 5C2规定值。对如何安全使用该批套管提出了有效的措施。
An investigation on pin scathe problem and unqualified stand off for φ339.7 mm×12.19 mm N80 BC casing were given.The material tests,and the hydraulic and tension tests under the different make up condition for some full size casing samples were carried out.It was found that the stand off of the pins is disqualification,but material quality was up to grade,and the seal performance and tension strength of the connection were in accordance with API Bulletin 5C2 under control make up range after repairing the galling joints from investigation and test results.In order to use these casings safely,some measures are suggested.
