摘要
根据当前钻井施工对旋转控制头设备的性能要求及相关标准,进行了旋转控制头试验方案的设计。通过对密封压降、轴承和动密封件温度、驱动扭矩的监测,综合确定旋转控制头的工作性能。在此基础上,完成了试验数据采集程序的设计,据此进行旋转控制头采集数据的实时监测和存储,为旋转控制头的结构优化提供试验依据。同时可以根据本试验方案,完善我国旋转控制头设备的试验要求,提高设备准入标准,更加客观地评定旋转控制头的质量。
According to the performance requirements in the current drilling structure of rotating control head and some relevant standards,the design of experiment scheme of rotating control head was completed.Through monitoring the seal pressure,driving torque and the temperature of bearings and dynamic seal elements,the operational performance of rotating control head was determined comprehensively.And based on this,the design of experiment data acquisition program was carried out.This program was able to conduct real-time monitoring and storing of experimental data collected.The test directed by the scheme has collected essential experiment data which could provide experimental evidence to structural optimization of rotating control head.At the same time,in accordance with this experiment scheme,the experimental requirements of rotating control head in our nation can be perfected;the entrance standards of equipment can be improved;the quality of rotating control head can be evaluated more objectively.
