摘要
温漂是表征电涡流位移传感器在工作温度范围测量的稳定性重要参数,本文通过对电涡流传感器探头线圈物理性能的分析,提出阻抗是影响温度稳定性能的主要因素,并通过改变探头线圈材料来降低温度对阻抗的影响,并配选出一种新型合金取代原有线圈材料。实验验证了这种方法可以抑制温漂。
Temperature drift is one of the important parameters characterized the stability of eddy current displacement sensors in the operating temperature. Based on the analyses of the physical properties of probe coils of eddy current sensors , the point of view that the impedance is the main factor affecting the temperature stability is put forward in this paper. A method is proposed to reduce the impact of temperature on the resistance by replacing the traditional probe coil material with a new alloy. The experiment verifies the feasibility of this method.
