摘要
目的研究不同金属离子对偏二甲肼的降解作用。方法在不同金属离子溶液中加偏二甲肼,检测一定时间后偏二甲肼浓度的变化,运用SAS软件进行统计分析。结果含二价铁离子的A液和复合培养基在4 d内降解了41.42%和44.46%的偏二甲肼,与去离子水相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。含镁、钙离子的A液和20%的复合培养基在4 d内分别降解了10.0%、8.86%和10.85%的偏二甲肼,与去离子水相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论二价铁离子对偏二甲肼有降解作用,但在该试验浓度下,其对有效微生物(EM)的降解作用影响不显著。
[Objective]To study the effect of different metal ions degrading unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH).[Methods]UCMH was added to the different metal ion solution,the concentration change of UDMH was detected,with SAS software for statistical analysis.[Results]After 4 days,41.42% and 44.46% of UCMH were degraded in A solution containing Fe2+ and the complex culture mediums compared with deionized water,the difference was significant(P0.01).10.0% 、8.86% and 10.85% of UDMH were degraded in A solution containing Mg2+,Ca2+ and 20% complex culture medium after 4 days,compared with deionized water,the difference was not significant(P0.01).[Conclusion]Fe2+ can degrade UDMH,but at this concentration,it do not affect the EM degrading UDMH.
