摘要
石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测全血铅是国家标准方法。由于血铅含量低,血液样品基体复杂,影响检测结果的因素多,获得准确结果难度较大。因此研究人员针对影响结果的各种因素进行了深入的研究。该文对研究人员在样品处理、基体改进剂、定量分析方法、程序升温4个方面的研究成果进行综述。
The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is the national standard method for measurement of whole blood lead.Because of low blood lead content and complex blood samples matrix,there are a lot of factors which can influence the test result,it is difficult to get the accurate result.So researchers make a further study on various influencing factors.This article summarizes four aspects of research results,including sample preparation,matrix modifier,quantitative analysis method and temperature programmed.
