摘要 采用氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂FP-2200制备了无卤阻燃聚丙烯(PP)材料,研究了阻燃剂含量对PP阻燃性能的影响。通过垂直燃烧试验、热失重、高压毛细管流变仪、拉伸实验及成膜性测试对阻燃PP材料进行表征。垂直燃烧实验中,阻燃PP材料有焰燃烧时间随着阻燃剂含量的增加而明显降低,且熔融滴落现象也有所改善。加入线型低密度聚乙烯可提高无卤阻燃PP/FP-2200材料的成膜性及韧性。 The authors prepared halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene(PP) by adding nitrogen and phosphorus intumescent flame retardant, FP-2200, and studied the effect of the flame retardant content on the flame retardancy of PP. The flame retardant PP was characterized by means of vertical burning test, thermogravimetry, tensile test, film-forming ability test and high-pressure capillary rheometer. The time of flame combustion of the flame retardant PP obviously decreased with increasing content of the flame retardant, meanwhile the phenomenon of melt-dropping was alleviated in vertical burning test. The addition of linear low density polyethylene improved the film-forming ability and the ductility of the PP/FP-2200.
