摘要
通过分析低密度聚乙烯装置的反应器清洁程度、乙烯浓度、二次压缩机运行参数、反应温度等影响产量的因素,探索出该装置生产需要的过氧化物配方和预热器温度。控制反应器一至四区峰温分别为297~303,302~307,299~305,288~293℃,乙烯二次压缩机入口温度为37~40℃,控制适当的弛放气流量,严格开、停工操作,将装置产量从27.5~28.0t/h提高到28.8~29.4t/h。
The authors determined the appropriate peroxide formula and proper temperature of the preheater adopted in the production of a low density polyethylene plant through analyses of such influential factors as cleanness of reactor, ethylene concentration, running parameters of hyper-eompressor and reaction temperature, etc. The output of the plant could be increased from 27.5-28.0 t/h to 28.8-29.4 t/h in the case of setting the inlet temperature of the hyper-compressor at 37-40 ℃, the peak temperatures of the 1st through 4th zone of the reactor at 297-303 ℃, 302-307 ℃, 299-305℃ and 288-293 ℃,respectively, as well as strictly controlling the recovery ethylene flow rate and procedures of startup and shutdown of the plant.
