摘要
用凝胶渗透色谱测定了不同批号的薄膜专用聚丙烯(PP)树脂T38F的相对分子质量及其分布,评价了产品的相对分子质量及其分布对加工性能的影响。测定结果的重复性和再现性良好。根据分析结果调整相关工艺条件后生产的PPT38F能够满足用户的加工要求。实验结果表明:薄膜专用PP树脂的重均分子量(帆)控制在(25.0~29.0)×10^4,相对分子质量分布为4.0~6.0,帆小于1.0×10^4的分子链段质量分数在5%以下是适宜的。
The authors tested the relative molecular mass and its distribution of different batches of polypropylene(PP) special resin for film, T38F, by gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The effects of the relative molecular mass and its distribution on processability of the resin were evaluated. The testing results had good repeatability and reproducibility. PP T38F could meet the processing requirements of the downstream users after adjusting the related technological conditions according to the analysis. The results show that the proper weight average molecular mass(Mw) and its distribution are controlled at(25.0-29.0)×10^4 and 4-6, respectively, and the suitable mass fraction of molecular chain segment with Mw less than 1.0×10^4 is below 5%.
