肛炎宁洗剂治疗炎性外痔临床观察

GangYanNing Lotion in the Treatment of Inflammatory External Hemorrhoids：Clinical Observation

为观察肛炎宁洗剂的临床疗效．将90例炎性外痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组45例给予肛炎宁洗剂熏洗坐浴，对照组45例给了1：5000PP液坐浴。观察两组水肿、疼痛等症状的疗效。结果显示，治愈率与有效率治疗组与对照组分别为35．6％和93．3％、8．9％和77．8％．治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01），疼痛、水肿的治愈时间治疗组比对照组显著缩短，临床应用未发现不良反应。

For the objective of observing the clinical therapeutic effect of GangYanNing lotion for inflam matory external hemorrhoids,authors divided randomly 90 cases into two groups;treatment group（ n =45） were subjected to sitz bath with the lotion,controlled group（ n =45） with 1 ： 5 000 PP solution;the there peutic effects for edema, pain.ere in both groups were observed and compared each other. As results, the curative rate and effective rate of treatment group was 35.6% and 93.3%,while that of controlled group was 8.9% and 77.8%,thus treatment group was superior to controlled group（ P 〈0.01）;And,the curative time of pain and edema in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in controlled group;no adverse reaction was found.
