人力资本投资与资源型城市接续发展研究

The Study on Human Capital Investment and Continuous Development in Resource-based City

自然资源禀赋优势随着资源的不断开采而逐渐减弱,由于人力资本匮乏,资源型城市接续发展举步维艰,接续发展是资源型城市面临的一个十分紧迫的现实问题。本文首先分析了资源型城市人力资本存在的问题;接着分析了自然资源、人力资本投资与资源型城市接续发展的互动机制;最后对资源型城市人力资本投资提出了相应的对策。

With the mining natural resources,resource advantages becomes weaker,because of the lack of human capital,the continuing industries in resource-based city is difficult to develop in future.Continuous developing is the very urgent and realistic issue in resource-based city.This paper analyses existing problems on human capital in resource-based city;then elaborates the interaction mechanism among natural resources,human capital investment and continue development in resource-based city;lastly,puts forward measures on human capital investment in resource-based city.
