摘要
目的:探讨p38抑制剂SB203580(SB)在免疫细胞辐射损伤中的作用。方法:将C57BL/6小鼠分为对照组、照射组、SB组。对照组接受假照射,对其余两组进行4G y全身照射。SB203580 15m g/kg腹腔注射,照射24h后开始给药,隔日给药共给药5次。SB末次给药24h后处死小鼠,取外周血进行分型CD4、CD8、B220检测,取骨髓测定ROS。结果:SB组与照射组比较,外周血白细胞增加,骨髓ROS水平与照射组比较有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:p38抑制剂能降低受照小鼠骨髓细胞的ROS水平,对4G y照射后的外周血无显著保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of p38 inhibitor SB203580(SB) on the immune cells in the radiated mice.Methods: C57BL/6 mice were divided into control group,irradiated group and SB group. The control group received sham irradiation,and the rest accepted 4Gy total body irradiation,dose rate 0.8Gy/min.SB was intraperitoneally injected 15mg/kg at1,3,5,7,9 day after irradiation.After 4Gy irradiation 10 days,the peripheral blood was collected by eyeballs enucleation.Then the immune cells phenotypes in peripheral blood was analyzed by flowcytometry.Results: Compared to irradiation group,WBC numbers increased and ROS levels of bone marrow cells decreased in the SB group(P0.05).Conclusion: The p38 inhibitor SB can decrease the ROS levels of bone marrow cells,has no obvious protective effects on the WBC after 4Gy irradiation.
