摘要
目的:观察电针治疗对脑出血大鼠血肿周围脑组织病理及超微结构的影响。方法:将32只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和电针组,制备右侧脑出血模型,治疗组于大鼠造模后12h给予电针刺激治疗,于治疗14d后取脑,应用光镜和电镜观察脑组织普通病理及超微结构的变化。结果:空白组大鼠脑组织形态和结构基本正常。造模后12h模型组光镜及电镜下均可见到明显的病理改变及超微结构变化,而治疗组大鼠血肿周围脑组织病理及超微结构均得到很好的改善。结论:在脑出血早期给予电针治疗能促进脑出血大鼠血肿周围脑组织的恢复,从而能最大效应地发挥其脑保护及康复治疗的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on pathologic change and ultrastructure of the tissues of perihematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) rats.Methods: Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group(n=10),model group(n=12) and electro-acupuncture group(n=10).The intracerebral hemorrhage model was established and electro-acupuncture was started after 12h.The pathologic change and ultrastructure were observed under the light microscope and the electronic microscope after molding and treatment.Results: The tissues of the normal groups were almost normal.The tissues of the model groups were severely damaged after 12h while the tissues of the electro-acupuncture groups were effectively improved.Conclusion: The recovery of the secondary injury of the perihematoma after ICH is promoted when electro-acupuncture is administered at early stage.The electro-acupuncture may have the maximal protective and rehabilitative effects on intracerebral hemorrhage rats.
