季铵盐对脂肪胺/环氧树脂体系固化性能影响的研究

Study on Effect of Quaternary Ammonium Salt on the Curing Properties of Fatty Amine-Epoxy System

环氧自流平涂料性能优异,在各个领域得到广泛应用。环氧固化剂的性能对环氧自流平涂料性能起决定性作用。介绍了环氧自流平涂料对固化剂的基本要求和常用固化剂的特点。详细研究了在脂肪胺加成物中添加季铵盐对涂膜硬度和光泽度的影响,结果表明添加季铵盐可提高涂膜的硬度和光泽度,在低温时效果更显著;季铵盐用量占固化剂0.8%为宜;芳香季铵盐比脂肪季铵盐效果好;季铵盐可促进1,6-己二铵在苯甲醇中的溶解,简化了固化剂制备工艺。

Self-leveling epoxy coatings have high performances and are extensive used in many fields. Performances of self-leveling epoxy coatings are mainly determined by epoxy curing agent. Basic requirements for epoxy curing agent and characteristics of common curing agents are introduced. The influences of quaternary ammonium salt in fatty amine addition compounds on glossiness and hardness of coating are studied. The results indicate that after quaternary ammonium salt is added, the glossiness and hardness of coatings are increased and the improvement at low temperature is more obvious. The proper amount of quaternary ammonium salt is 0.8% of curing agent. Aromatic quaternary ammonium salt has better effect than that of fatty quaternary ammonium salt. Quaternary ammonium salt can accelerate the solution of 1, 6-hexamethylene diamine in benzyl alcohol and the preparation technology of curing agent is simplified.
