沈北、大庆混合减四线脱蜡油NMP精制及选择性系数求取 被引量:1

NMP Refining of the Blended Oil of Shenbei and Daqing VGO-4 Oil and the Determination of Its Selectivity Coefficient

摘要 以沈北、大庆混合减四线脱蜡油为原料,进行NMP单级抽提试验,借助数学手段得到最优操作条件。NMP精制的最佳操作条件为:剂油比1.38(m/m),抽提温度60.8℃,含水量2.1%。在此操作条件下,精制油的收率为88.74%,60℃折光率为1.4776,黏度指数95.27。采用柱色谱法分析减四线脱蜡油族组成,测出所得四组分黏度指数,并确定理想组分与非理想组分。在此基础上,求得NMP溶剂精制在最优操作条件下的选择性系数为28.30。以相同的试验路线及方法,求得糠醛精制在最优操作条件下的选择性系数β值为20.04,表明NMP确实比糠醛有更好的选择性。 The NMP single-stage tests are proceed with the blended oil of Shenbei and Daqing VGO-4 oil as raw materials, the mathematical methods is used to obtain the best operating conditions. The best operating conditions of NMP refining are as follows: the ratio of solvent to oil is 1.38 (m/m), the extraction temperature is 60.8 ~C and the moisture content is 2.1%. Under those operating conditions, the yield of refining oil is 88.74%, the RI at 60℃ is 1.4776 and the viscosity index is 95.27. The group compositions of VGO-4 are analyzed by silica gel column chromatography, the viscosity index of four components is determined and the ideal and non-ideal components are confirmed. Based on these, the selectivity coefficient (13) about NMP-solvent refining obtained under the best operating conditions is 28.30. Selectivity coefficient (13) about furfural-solvent refining under the best operating conditions is also acquired with the same experiment route and methods which is 20.04. It is proved that NMP has better selectivity than furfural.
