摘要
研制了一种对粘接表面处理要求不严格的丙烯酸酯结构胶黏剂。胶黏剂体系中加入粘接促进剂含磷丙烯酸酯,使铝合金表面在除油的情况下,丁腈橡胶含量在16%时,剥离强度可达到4.5N/mm,剪切强度达到28.3MPa。胶黏剂在耐水1000h后,20℃剪切强度为27.6MPa,100℃剪切强度为11.9MPa。胶黏剂在100℃老化500h后,20℃剪切强度为26.1MPa。
A kind of acrylate structural adhesive is prepared which has little requirement for the treatment of bonding surface. When the adhesion promoter of phosphor contained acrylate is added into adhesive and the aerylonitrile-butadiene rubber content is16%, and after the oil removing treatment for the surface of aluminum alloy, the peel and shear strength can reach d.5N/mm and 28.3MPa respectively. And after immersing in water for 1000h, the shear strength is 27.6MPa at 20℃, and ll.9MPa at 100℃. The shear strength of adhesive is 26.1MPa at 20℃ after aging for 500 at 100℃.
